Our goal is to allow older adults to remain comfortably and safely in their homes as long as possible.   We provide oversight, support and friendship to our clients in order to meet this goal and select appropriate services to this end.   Due to the fluctuating health and care needs of our clients, goals and support will change over time.  When it is no longer safe or financially feasible for someone to remain in their home, we work with the older adult and family to determine the best senior housing option and strive to provide a smooth transition to the next level of care.  To this end, we will suggest appropriate alternative housing arrangements.  This might be:

  •   Assisted living
  •   Independent living communities
  •   Memory/dementia care facility
  •   Skilled nursing facilty
